Very Thankful This Holiday Season
Without question, 2020 has not gone according to plan for our shop, our community and frankly, anyone we are aware of. For certain, some folks out there are struggling more than others. Here at the shop, like so many businesses in the greater Cecil area, our numbers have been way off since the beginning of the pandemic. At times, we have not had enough business to support a full staff, and with COVID numbers on the rise, again, like other business owners, we fear the return of shutdowns, while empathizing with families who have been affected by this pandemic.
It’s heady stuff, for sure. But, amid all of the stress and anxiety brought on by the challenges of COVID, comes hope. What we have also seen in 2020 is an amazing community of friends, customers and fellow business partners who continue to support our business, after over 60 years in Cecil County. What we have also witnessed is a staff of techs, drivers, estimators and customer support folks who have given it their all to meet our shared standard of excellence under less than ideal circumstances. It is these realities on which we choose to build toward our next chapter. The good stuff.
There is a lot of negativity out there right now on TV, social media and beyond. We would like to thank everyone who we have had an opportunity to interface with this year for showing us nothing but the best of what the Cecil community has to offer. Thank you all and Happy Thanksgiving!
